At Twist and Flip Gymnastics home of the New Image Gymnastics Team we focus on:
Skill development - Coaches teach fundamental skills such as balance, strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Progressive Training - Training sessions are designed progressively, starting with basic skills and advancing to more complex movements as the student improves. Coaches often create personalized training plans to suit each gymnast's strengths and areas that need improvement.
Physical Conditioning - Conditioning exercises are crucial for building the strength and stamina specific to gymnastics. This involves strength training, flexibility exercises, and endurance drills.
Routine Choreography - Coaches work closely with gymnasts on routine choreography, ensuring movements flow seamlessly and highlight the gymnasts' strengths.
Mental Preparation - Coaching also involves mental preparation, teaching athletes focus, resilience, and goal-setting techniques to manage the pressure of competition.

Twisting Tots
Gymnastics for girls & boys ages 18 MOS - 3 yrs.
This class meets once per week for 45 minutes.
This class is $105 per month.
$40 Annual registration Fee.
Your child will use all of the apparatuses while exploring mini obstacle courses.
This class is interactive between parent, child and coach.
Mini Twisters
Gymnastics for ages 3-5 years old. This class is a Co-Ed class that meets 1 hour per week. Your child will use all of the apparatuses.
This class is $120 per month.
$40 Annual Registration Fee.
This fun filled class teaches your child gymnastics basics while improving their balance, strength, flexibility and coordination.
Tiny Twisters
Gymnastics for girls ages 6 - 8 years old.
This class meets once per week for 1 hour 15
This class is $125 per Month.
$40 Annual Registration Fee.
Your child will use all the apparatuses as well as develop according to their own personal abilities.

Gymnastics for girls ages 9 and up. This class meets once per week for 2 hours.
This class is $135 per month
$40 Annual Registration Fee.
This class is a great progression to advance to our Competitive Rec or Varsity team class.

Gymnastics for girls 11 and up. This class meets twice a week for 2 hours each class.
This class is for gymnasts wanting to be part of a gymnastics team that has optional competitions 1-3 times a year, while still maintaining the recreational aspect of gymnastics.
This class is $225 per month

New Image Gymnastics was originally founded in 1990 in Greenlawn, New York.
In 1997 New Image was moved to the Heartland Business Center located in Deer Park, New York.
With more than 30 years of experience in the gymnastics industry we pride ourselves on our level of commitment, professionalism and passion for the sport.
In 1997 New Image was moved to the Heartland Business District, located in Deer Park, New York.
Since 1990, we have been teaching gymnastics to girl's & boys from ages 18 month's -18 Year's old and pride ourselves in providing a family like atmosphere.
We believe in teaching gymnastics in a fun & friendly environment. We believe that Children will accomplish more if they are having fun and experiencing a positive experiencein a positive environment.

We would like to introduce SPORTZ 365, the Premier Competition Recreational League of NY, “where every athlete is a champion”! Joining our competition recreational league has many overall benefits for your athlete. Strength, Flexibility, Coordination, Focus, Balance, Posture & Precision, Spatial Awareness, and Personal Discipline, plus many more benefits!
Who is eligible? Anyone who is in our Recreational Classes or Varsity Program may join our league. Your athlete will become a member within our INAUGURAL SEASON, they will receive a membership card, a league shirt, competition leotard and compete in 3 competitions during the competition season. Competitions will be in February, March, April and May
