Premier Recreational competition program
Athletes training will consist of learning new skills based on the theme of the week during the AM session and strength conditioning, flexibility, mobility, balance, speed and agility during the PM session.
Athletes will work on gaining new skills and perfecting the skills that they already have. Strength and conditioning will be included in the drills according to that themed week.
Great for all athletes to build core strength, balance, speed, agility, flexibility and mobility which all aid in reducing injuries and building overall athleticism.
