8-week summer camp program runs from 7/8/2024 to 8/30/2024

SUMMER CAMP 2024

From Beginners to Advanced athletes take your skills to the next level and beyond. Gain strength and confidence at each event with our progressive drills and skills training with fun games and challenges. Our flexible summer camps allow you to choose your area of interest, offering sports specific themes. Select between Gymnastics, Acro, Cheer and Self- Defense themed camp weeks or experience them all in the full 8 week program.

Gymnastics

weeks 1 and 5

Acro & Tumbling

weeks 2 and 6

Cheer Tumbling

weeks 3 and 7

FULL DAY CAMP

9am - 3:30pm (m-f)

  • Athletes training will consist of learning new skills based on the theme of the week during the AM session and strength conditioning, flexibility, mobility, balance, speed and agility during the PM session.

AM HALF DAY CAMP

9am - 12pm (m-f)

  • Athletes will work on gaining new skills and perfecting the skills that they already have. Strength and conditioning will be included in the drills according to that themed week.

PM HALF DAY CAMP

12:30m - 3:30pm (m-f)

  • Great for all athletes to build core strength, balance, speed, agility, flexibility and mobility which all aid in reducing injuries and building overall athleticism.
